A: Before ordering the machine, we’ll make the offer very clear. For example: motor power, electrical components brand, etc. We can also have the video call and we will show you what we have in our workshop. And we also welcome you to visit our factory to inspect the machines.

Q3: Can you accept your machine be custom-made?

A: Yes, of course. We can make machine special design according to customer’s real requirements.

Q4: What’s the machine guarantee time?

A: 12 months since installation finish and machine normal working. (Except wear parts)

Q5: If we finally buy your machine, can you send engineers to our factory and help install the machine and give training?

A: Yes, of course. We have the technician available to your factory for machine installation and commissioning, but you should be responsible for the round-way flight tickets, local transportation, hotel and meals during his visiting time and pay salary USD100 per day for each technician.

Q6: If the machine some part is broken one day, how can I get help from you?

A: During guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the spare parts at cost price. And the spare parts we choose are international brand, so customers can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens, Schneider, Delixi, Omron..etc.
